CD105,又称为内皮糖蛋白,是一种以二硫键连接的同型二聚体跨膜蛋白。CD105是TGF-β受体复合体的辅助受体,在相关信号转导通路中发挥作用[1,2]。CD105在血管内皮细胞中高度表达,是肿瘤血管生成的标志性分子[3]。此外,CD105也在活化的单核细胞和巨噬细胞表面表达[4]。它在血管生成调节中起重要作用[5,6]。本产品为小鼠抗人CD105单克隆抗体,用于FC方法特异性检测人CD105蛋白。
