EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase是从克隆有Thermu aquaticus DNA Polymerase基因的载体,在大肠杆菌中经诱导表达、分离纯化而成,其分子量为94 kDa。EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase具有5'→3' DNA聚合酶活性和5'→3'外切酶活性,无3'-5'外切酶活性。其PCR产物不适用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
• 延伸速度为1-2 kb/min。
• 扩增产物3'端带"A”碱基,可直接克隆于pEASY®-T载体中。
• 基因组DNA片段的扩增 (≤4 kb)。
