TransTaq®-T DNA Polymerase是以EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase为主的复合酶,其外切活性由具有3′→5′外切酶活性的蛋白提供;加"A"效率和EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase相同,保真性和EasyPfu DNA Polymerase相同。
• 高加"A"效率,扩增产物可直接克隆于pEASY®-T载体中,克隆效率高。
• 保真性是EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase的18倍。
• 延伸速度为1-2 kb/min。
• 基因组DNA片段的扩增(≤8 kb)。
