白介素-6（Interleukin-6，IL-6） 是一种重要的促炎细胞因子，在感染或组织损伤过程中释放，促进先天和获得性免疫反应，是一种细胞因子风暴标志物。IL-6主要由成纤维细胞、T 淋巴细胞、内皮细胞、单核细胞和角质形成细胞在炎症反应过程中释放[1]。IL-6 具有多能活性，包括刺激单核细胞谱系、诱导巨核细胞生成和肝脏急性期反应，以及调节 T 细胞和 B 细胞反应。IL-6 促进初始 CD4+ T 细胞的特异性分化，从而在连接先天免疫反应和获得性免疫反应中发挥重要作用。IL-6 与转化生长因子 (TGF)-β 结合，对于幼稚 CD4+ T 细胞向 Th17 分化是必不可少的，但 IL-6 也会抑制 TGF-β 诱导的 Treg 分化[2]。IL-6 还能够介导直接和间接的肿瘤细胞破坏，并且对于癌症的免疫治疗具有潜在的重要作用[3]。
