Activin A由两个抑制素β亚基通过二硫键连接组成同型二聚体,通过特定的受体激活细胞内的信号传导途径。Activin A在调控细胞的生长、分化、凋亡以及组织修复等多种生物学过程中起着关键作用[1]。Activin A通过与I型和II型激活素受体结合,激活SMAD依赖性信号通路,从而调节目标基因的表达。这一过程对于多种细胞功能和发育过程至关重要[2-3]。Activin A参与了多种疾病的发病机制,包括某些癌症的发展、自身免疫性疾病的病理过程以及组织纤维等。Activin A的调节作用使其成为治疗策略中的潜在靶点,尤其是在促进伤口愈合、改善免疫功能以及抗癌治疗中 [4-6]。
