Tubulin(微管蛋白)是细胞骨架的重要组成部分,广泛存在于各种哺乳动物细胞中,主要由α-tubulin和β-tubulin组成。其中β-tubulin蛋白表达水平相对稳定,被广泛用于Western Blot的系统内参,也常被用于免疫染色观察细胞的微管结构。抗β-Tubulin鼠单克隆抗体为高纯度的小鼠单克隆抗体,属IgG1同型,免疫原为人工合成的β-Tubulin C端400-444位多肽序列。该抗体可识别人、大鼠、小鼠、羊等种属来源的β-tubulin蛋白。
