CD4又称T细胞表面抗原T4/Leu-3(T-cell surface antigen T4/Leu-3),是一个51 kDa的跨膜糖蛋白,分布于辅助性T细胞,巨噬细胞、树突细胞或 NK细胞等细胞表面,在T细胞发育及激活过程中起到重要作用[1-4]。CD4是T细胞受体(T cell receptor,TCR)的共受体,与MHC Ⅱ类分子相结合,稳定TCR与抗原肽-MHC复合物的结合。在辅助性T细胞中,招募淋巴细胞特异性蛋白酪氨酸激酶Lck至TCR-CD3复合物上,通过磷酸化多种底物起始不同的细胞内信号通路,参与细胞激活、迁移、释放细胞因子等[5]。在巨噬细胞或NK细胞,CD4通过非Lck依赖途径促进细胞激活和分化,释放细胞因子[2,4]。本产品为小鼠抗人CD4单克隆抗体,用于FC方法特异性检测人CD4蛋白。
