TransStart® KD Plus DNA Polymerase是一种经过基因改造的高保真DNA聚合酶。该酶扩增能力优于普通Pfu酶，扩增速度快(1 kb/min，与Taq酶相当)。由于该酶具有极强的3’→5’外切酶活性，与普通Pfu酶相比，保真性更高，是EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase的108倍。
• 扩增产物为平端，可直接克隆于pEASY®-Blunt 系列载体中。
• 基因组DNA 片段的扩增(≤15 kb)。
• Plasmid DNA片段扩增(≤20 kb)。
