ProteinRuler® II由9种重组蛋白质组成，分子量范围为12 kDa-120 kDa。经SDS-PAGE电泳后，用考马斯亮蓝染色可见清晰的9条带。12 kDa为蓝色预染蛋白，便于动态观察蛋白质电泳状态。50 kDa为加亮条带，便于分子量鉴定。
