pEASY®-T1 Simple Cloning Vector消除了pEASY®-T1 Cloning Vector上的多克隆位点，克隆后的PCR产物无法使用pEASY®-T1 Cloning Vector上多克隆位点的限制内切酶切下，包含LacZ基因，在含有IPTG和X-gal的平板培养基上，可进行蓝白斑筛选，适用于TA克隆。
